PERSONAL TRAINING

Everyone has different goals. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. Some people have injuries. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve performance and agility, maintain a fit and healthy body, we will be there to help you reach those goals.

Sessions, either private one on one or semi private, are 60 minutes. We will determine your goals, discuss what you want to accomplish, find out  any limitations or injuries you may have, and put together a program based off of that. We are known for our ability to really connect with each one of our clients and make sure we do whatever it takes to make sure they succeed. We don't consider ourselves "personal trainers". We are more like life coaches who happen to be personal trainers and we are obsessed with helping people make TRUE changes. A healthy body makes everything else in life much easier. 

 

We also assist with nutrition and guide you the entire way, whether that is getting you the best meal delivery service, or putting together meals plans based off of your goals.
