DToX Fitness is an independently owned and operated personal training  studio located on Ventura Blvd in Tarzana, CA. We provide a complete lifestyle experience including personal training, 12 Week Transformation, contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge), Ceragem massage, cryo facials, localized cryotherapy, Lightstim Facials & Lightstim for Pain, compression therapy & more. 

We've worked with kids as young as 9, to adults up to 82 and everyone in between. We customize plans for each client based on their specific needs and goals.​ You can find a personal trainer on every corner nowadays. We don't consider ourselves to be "personal trainers". We are more like lifestyle coaches who happen to be personal trainers and are obsessed with helping you make real long term changes.
